Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field required.
*3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or project management in a related field.
*Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance frameworks preferred
*Certification Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) -- preferred
*Relevant certifications or experience) in quality Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
*Ability to analyze complex data and trends with proficiency with data analysis software and tools
*Working knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma)

Functions
Area of Responsibilities
*Program Development - Collaborate with departments to develop, implement and evaluate quality improvement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing organization performance as it relates to regulatory requirements, patient outcomes and experience that are aligned with regulatory requirements and evidence-based practice.
*Performance Measurement - Support the development of metrics and benchmarks for the quality program, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement through data analysis.
*Data Analysis and Reporting - Facilitate the development of data collection tools and reporting, analysis and interpretation of performance, to include patient outcomes, process measures, and experience of care utilizing statistical methods and software tools.
*Management of Reporting - Coordinate reporting for facility leadership, quality committees and accrediting bodies to insure the inclusion of detailed analysis findings, trends and recommendations for improvement.
*Development of Education - Design and deliver training programs, or workshops related to quality improvement, data collection and regulatory compliance.
Compliance Statement
