Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in IT, computer science, engineering or related field) A track record of academic or professional success A genuine interest in technology and eagerness to grow your technical skillset 0-4 years of experience in a technical role (internships count!) Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional travel Willingness to participate in a 24x7 pager rotation after training Perks and Benefits
Salary range: $70,000-$85,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Performance-based bonuses Generous PTO and paid parental leave 401K with matching Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Supportive, growth-oriented work environment
