Job Responsibilities Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and develop individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives Implement Effective Interventions: Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functionality, and daily living activities Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive, well-rounded care Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their families on therapeutic practices to encourage ongoing progress at home Monitor Progress and Document Findings: Accurately track clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized and accredited program Opportunities for continuing education or advanced certifications actively supported Certifications

Current license as an

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Skills
