Job Responsibilities Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate personalized therapy approaches that help them achieve their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based techniques designed to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and abilities in daily activities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction for patients and caregivers on therapy techniques that facilitate ongoing progress in home settings. Track and Report Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, documenting developments and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track. Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized academic institution. Encouragement and support for continuing education and advanced certifications. Certifications
Active
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license. NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Essential Skills
