Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapeutic strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily life activities Collaborative Care: Work in tandem with other health professionals, including OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive, holistic treatment Empower Patients and Families: Provide educational support to patients and caregivers regarding therapy practices to maintain progress beyond the treatment setting Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify therapeutic interventions as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Continuing education opportunities and advanced certifications are actively encouraged and supported Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required Essential Skills
