Job Responsibilities Tailor Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and create customized therapy strategies to help patients achieve their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Utilize evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care. Teach Patients and Their Families: Provide education on therapeutic techniques to support ongoing recovery and self-management at home. Track and Document Progress: Regularly monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans to ensure patients remain on their recovery path. Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Ongoing education or certifications for professional development are encouraged and supported. Qualifications
Current and valid
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license. NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required. Skills
