The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) Partner Organization is seeking a dynamic ProServe Partner Leader (PPL) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll be responsible developing and driving ProServe opportunities through and with partners. As the ProServe Partner leader youll be primarily focused on business development and pipeline progressing with AWS partners by building trust, identifying applicable joint professional services offerings, and successfully executing joint go-to-market plans. You'll work closely with ProServe Account Executives, ProServe Cloud Architects, Delivery Practice Managers to drive customer success and business growth.
Your experience in driving successful procurements to the US Federal Government for technology solutions and professional services is critical for this role. You will demonstrate proficiency in business development, executing sales methodologies and advancing opportunity pipeline coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. PPLs performance will be measured against key metrics including but not limited to Partner Delivered Revenue, Partner Billable Bookings and overall ProServe pipeline growth with partners.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience 5+ years of professional or military experience Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations Proven track record in driving successful technology and professional services procurements in the government sector Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements Strong business development background with demonstrated success in sales methodology execution with and through partners

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
