Wright Contracting, Inc. is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Senior Project Estimator / Manager to support our growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, and government construction projects. This dual-role position involves both estimating and managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring success in budget, timeline, and quality. If you thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment and have experience with public-sector contracting, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for public and private construction projects Review and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents per procurement standards Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes of work Coordinate preconstruction planning and project kickoff with internal teams and external partners Monitor and manage field operations, ensuring jobsite quality, safety, and schedule adherence Maintain project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and RFIs Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws, certified payroll reporting, and government standards Build lasting relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction as a PM and/or Estimator Proven knowledge of government contract requirements and public works bidding Proficiency with estimating and project management tools (Sage Estimating, OST, Microsoft/Google Suite) Strong ability to manage multiple estimates and projects with precision and follow-through Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills Ability to interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Benefits
