Our work includes municipal buildings, safety and infrastructure facilities, commercial developments, and industrial spaces, typically ranging from $500K to $15M in scope. With a culture rooted in craftsmanship, professionalism, and transparency, we pride ourselves on exceeding expectations for both private and government clients. Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for public and private construction projects Review and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents per procurement standards Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes of work Coordinate preconstruction planning and project kickoff with internal teams and external partners Monitor and manage field operations, ensuring jobsite quality, safety, and schedule adherence Maintain project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and RFIs Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws, certified payroll reporting, and government standards Build lasting relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction as a PM and/or Estimator Proven knowledge of government contract requirements and public works bidding Proficiency with estimating and project management tools (Sage Estimating, OST, Microsoft/Google Suite) Strong ability to manage multiple estimates and projects with precision and follow-through Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills Ability to interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Benefits
