We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, SAP ATR Lead to join our Data Digital & AI. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of world-class finance solutions within SAP S/4HANA. A core component of this position is strategic and operational collaboration with the SAP Business Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure cross-functional alignment and scalable solution delivery across Genmab's global landscape. This role is based out of our Princeton office and requires you to be on site 60% of the time. As the Senior Manager, SAP ATR Lead, you will: Lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. Collaborate closely with the SAP Business CoE to drive standardization, scalability, and continuous innovation across finance. Translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant SAP solutions. Act as a tactical liaison between SAP Business CoE, systems integrators, AMS providers, and core IT functions. Key responsibilities include: Architecting and delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions for Finance with a focus on the full Account to Report cycle, including Controlling and Group Reporting. Serving as a key partner to the SAP Business CoE, ensuring business goals and strategic direction are embedded in technical design and execution. Aligning SAP Finance solutions with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements (SOX, GxP/EMEA). Leading stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and develop functional/technical specifications in coordination with the SAP Business CoE. Overseeing systems integrators and AMS partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions. Understanding, documenting, designing, and delivering SAP configurations and functional specifications. Supporting the implementation of best practices in financial processes through collaboration with the SAP Business CoE. Staying informed on SAP technology trends and advising on relevant enhancements, automation strategies, and innovation opportunities to support business objectives. Leveraging Atlassian collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Smartsheet) for project tracking and communication. Qualifications and requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience deploying and supporting SAP Finance applications in regulated environments. Minimum two full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA with strong configuration experience in FICO. SAP Certification in FI/CO (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate S/4HANA for Financial Accounting) is a plus. Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA Fiori apps. Deep domain knowledge of core ATR processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset, Bank, Intercompany, Controlling, Product Costing, Tax, Group Reporting) and enterprise-level financial controls. Experienced with Life science SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and Compliance (SOX, GxP). Exposure to advanced analytics, digital automation, or AI-driven finance tools. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Holistic vision mindsetability to see the bigger picture, connect data insights to broader business objectives, and drive strategic impact across functions. Proactive and results-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with external consultants. Work requirements include: Some travel may be required depending on project needs. For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows: $122,960.00---$184,440.00 The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
