A client of Insight Globals is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide support for incident resolution and requests reported to the service desk. Responsibilities include assessment, triage, research, and resolution of incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or hardware components. You will be responsible for collecting info through customer conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff if needed. Problems beyond the scope of your liability or responsibility are resolved by engaging in a timely manner other resources within the company. pay range 24-25/hr

Bachelor's 3+ years experience supporting end user computing and networking services 1+ years of service desk experience Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory iOS support (mobile + MacBooks)basic stuff OS/App deployment tools and end point management technology
