As a Senior Project Superintendent, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You'll lead field operations, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure that every aspect of the project meets safety standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.

Travel Required Responsibilities

Plans, reviews, and monitors the project with Project Manager and staff. Oversees and mentors Project Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents on the project. Participate during the proposal and preconstruction phase to develop a project plan and validate overall schedule duration. Reviews and understands project specifications, the contract, and the contracts general conditions, and confirms that all materials and subcontractor work complies with contract documents and quality specifications. Reviews proposals and action plans to determine project timelines, funding parameters, and implementation procedures for project staffing requirements and necessary resources for successful project completion Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Project Superintendent in construction Proven ability to manage projects from mobilization to completion Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ISD and Federal

project experience highly preferred Knowledge of OSHA and safety best practices Proficiency in construction management software a plus Schedule
