Project Controls Analyst

Position will also be supporting the Development and Construction teams for invoicing, PO management, and any other ad hoc requests.**Job Description****Key** **Accountabilities**Supporting forecasting and Long Range Plan (LRP) processes - Capital and SGA, including reporting materials to be reviewed by managementCritically review budget and forecasting data/processes to identify adjustments needed/areas for further investigationProviding ad hoc query responses for management questionsAssist with Financial tracking/management for Construction projects (including POs, tracking files, etc)Developing and coordinating management reporting packagesInterface with multiple stakeholders/groups internally as they relate to reporting a forecast of development projects costsProcess non-PO invoices to support Development and Construction projects, including documentation and approval tracking**Education****, Experience & Skill Requirements**Should have 3-5 years of work experience in a finance role (accounting, planning, FP&A, quantitative analysis)Working knowledge of key financial, accounting and business metricsAbility to perform well in a team environment, including sharing information and assisting others to meet monthly deadlinesMust be proficient utilizing Excel and PowerPoint.Must be comfortable creating and developing presentations to managers and other stakeholdersGood analytical and problem solving skillsExperience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills**Key** **Metrics**Monthly deadlines maintained various processes/projects with multiple monthly deadlinesCollaborate and communicate with key stakeholders, including leadershipSupport Fixed Assets Accounting processesProvide analysis and project management support#LI-Hybrid#LI-ND1**Job Family**Corp Dev & Planning**Company**Vistra Corporate Services Company**Locations**Irving, TexasTexas### *We are a company of people committed to: Exceeding Customer Expectations, Great People, Teamwork, Competitive Spirit and Effective Communication.
