Position Overview
We’re seeking reliable and hardworking
Warehouse Associates
to support our operations in the handling of mattresses and raw materials. This role is essential to the smooth flow of goods through our facility and offers a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload mattresses and raw materials
Perform shipping and receiving duties accurately and efficiently
Execute general warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and material handling
Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Skilled in shipping, loading, and material handling
Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Forklift operation experience (stand-up forklift preferred)
Additional Qualifications
Strong job tenure is a plus
Flexibility to work
35–55 hours per week
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
