The Talent Specialist will focus on the Onboarding, Performance & Engagement for employees. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the Talent Specialist will drive an engaging Onboarding experience, support performance & engagement initiatives to drive our evolving company culture. What you will be doing
Document and keep current on the employee life cycle Research, create & drive an engaging onboarding experience Familiar with performance methodology and working to adapt theory into practical application. Understanding of evolving engagement philosophies to help transform current practice. Ability to create professional and engaging presentations, job aids and strong documentation skills. High comfort level with technology Strong project management skills Strong data skills to identify program strengths and opportunities Builds, manages, and leverages positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs, and peers. Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan. Performs additional assignments per leadership direction. What we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree required. 2+ years related experience required. Experience with HCM technology across the talent spectrum. Master's Degree - HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, preferred Experience working within the construction, energy, manufacturing or related industry, preferred. People focused to drive programs and solutions for our colleagues. Evaluates and prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking skills, providing solutions and able to think through complex situations in a logical way. Strong organizational skills with the ability to think creatively. Business Acumen to connect operational needs with development practices Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment. Proven ability to communicate ideas and insights in person, virtually, and in writing, succinctly and with impact. Excellent MS - Office skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Visio Strong comfort level with technology across various talent platforms Ability to travel as needed Salary
Salary Min: USD $70,000.00/Yr. Salary Max: USD $75,000.00/Yr. Details
