Overview
We are seeking an
Electrical Engineer (Senior level)
to support a defense technology program in
Canonsburg, PA . This role is hands-on with power system design, analog and digital circuit development, and hardware integration/testing. You'll be contributing to mission-critical systems that support the U.S. Navy.
Key Responsibilities Design and analyze
AC-DC and DC-DC power systems
(Buck, Boost, LDO). Develop and troubleshoot
analog circuits : amplifiers, filters, power supplies, and signal conditioning. Integrate, test, and verify electrical hardware at the system level. Design and troubleshoot
high-speed digital circuits
and multilayer PCBs. Implement
VHDL code
for hardware description and design. Collaborate on safety-significant and high-reliability circuits. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
(or related field) and
2+ years of experience , or a Master's degree. U.S. Citizenship required (for security clearance). Preferred Skills
Experience with
power electronics
(DC/DC, AC/DC). Familiarity with
communication protocols : CAN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet. Background in
defense, automotive, or medical industries . Strong PCB design and troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of
high-speed digital design
and
VHDL/FPGA development .
