to join our Direct Hire team. In this role, youll source, engage, and place top talent in high-quality positions, while laying the groundwork for your own professional growth. Salary Range:
$50K-$60K, plus commission Base pay range:
$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30, Friday 8:30-5 Qualifications Previous recruiting or sourcing experience in a professional services environment is preferred CRM/ATS experience is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media recruiting tools (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.) Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a sales-driven culture
Responsibilities
Identify top candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods Search across traditional and non-traditional channels, including job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, networking, and referrals Apply advanced search techniques (Boolean searches, passive candidate outreach, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines Conduct initial interviews to engage and qualify candidates Stay informed on hiring trends, in-demand skill sets, and industry developments Provide comprehensive support to Staffing Consultants by proofreading and editing resumes, preparing and sending DocuSigns, conducting reference checks, and submitting candidates via employer ATS systems
