We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior People Business Partner to support our engineering division. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner, crafting and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that enhances our high-performing and intricate technical culture. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders (VP+) and offer mentorship to junior members of our People team. What You Will Be Doing: Serve as a Strategic Partner:

Engage proactively with engineering leaders (VP+) and managers to identify business challenges, anticipate people-related issues, and develop scalable solutions. Be a trusted advisor and coach on all people matters, such as organizational design and talent planning. Drive Performance and Development:

Lead essential HR processes, including performance calibrations and talent reviews. Collaborate with leaders to cultivate a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and professional growth within engineering teams. Manage Employee Relations and Investigations:

Independently navigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing actionable guidance and support to engineering leaders and staff. Champion Culture and Engagement:

Assist in designing and executing action plans based on engagement survey feedback. Mentor and Develop:

Act as a mentor for junior members of the People team, offering guidance and sharing expertise in business partnership, employee relations, and stakeholder management. Navigate and Innovate:

Excel in a rapidly changing environment. Utilize data and insights to create dynamic solutions to unique challenges while balancing business needs with employee well-being. What You Will Bring to the Table: Deep HR Expertise:

6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner in the technology sector. Engineering Partnership:

Proven track record working closely with senior leaders in software engineering (Director+), with a solid understanding of the unique challenges within technical teams. Proactive and Self-Starting:

Strong ability to foresee short- to medium-term challenges and independently build solutions. You are an instinctive problem-solver. Mentorship:

Experience mentoring or coaching junior HR professionals across various people-related topics. Expertise in Key HR Functions:

Extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and change management. Ambiguity and Change:

Proven capability to thrive in complex, fast-paced, and unclear environments. Communication:

Outstanding communication and influencing skills that establish trust and credibility with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
