Role is on Early Careers Recruiting Team, focused on new graduate hires and non-traditional tech backgrounds. Will handle both full-time and intern hiring cycles. Yearly schedule: Fall (full-time hiring), Spring (intern hiring), Summer (intern management and conversion). Required Skills
Minimum 3 years recruiting experience (analyst-level role) Technical recruiting fluency (especially in software engineering) Comfort with high-volume recruiting Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently Nice to Have
Technical recruiting experience is more important than early careers experience, but both are valued. Familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., SmartRecruiters) is a plus but not mandatory; tool training will be provided Responsibilities
Recruit for technical roles (80% SWE, 20% other tech roles like Data Engineers, SREs) Manage ~50 requisitions simultaneously (mostly similar or identical roles) Hire for full-time grads and interns (12-week summer program) Act as liaison between interns and business during internship Own relationships with assigned business units (TLTs) and hiring managers High-volume recruiting capability Strong stakeholder communication Candidates who can grow into long-term team members Education
