PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to secure new business and achieve revenue goals. Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts through research, market insight, and lead generation tools. Deliver compelling presentations that communicate BA Sciences capabilities and value. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and account onboarding. Expand existing client relationships through strategic cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and client records in Salesforce. Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, and project management to ensure client success. Provide feedback and market intelligence to sales leadership to help refine business development efforts. Represent BA Sciences at client meetings, conferences, and industry events REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 3 years of individual contributor client-facing sales experience, with a record of success in targeted account acquisition and growth. Formal sales training (Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, or similar) strongly preferred. Life sciences sales experience preferred; prior laboratory bench experience in analytical or microbiology testing is a plus. Familiarity with USP procedures, HPLC/GC, Microbiology Testing, Dissolution, Analytical Development and Validation, Extractables and Leachables Testing, Product Release, Stability Testing, and regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO, cGMP) preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically (occasional international travel possible). MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Strategic hunter mentality-focused on pursuing the right accounts, not just any accounts. Strong analytical and research skills to identify and qualify opportunities. Resilient, motivated, and able to maintain momentum through long sales cycles. Comfortable interacting with decision-makers across multiple levels of client organizations. Team player with integrity and a focus on delivering client value. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
