Automated Systems Design (ASD) is seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic Sales Department. This is a pivotal role for an individual eager to leverage their research acumen and strategic communication skills to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the technology sector.

As a BDR at ASD, you will be instrumental in the initial stages of our sales cycle, responsible for developing and executing targeted outreach strategies. This role offers the unique opportunity to:

Strategic Prospecting & Research: Independently identify and analyze target markets, emerging verticals, and specific project opportunities. Employ creative research methodologies to uncover potential clients and establish a robust pipeline. Proactive Outreach & Engagement: Initiate and manage sophisticated outreach campaigns across various channels, including outbound calls, strategic email correspondence, and professional social selling. Articulate ASD's value proposition with precision and professionalism to engage key decision-makers. Relationship Cultivation: Foster initial professional relationships with prospective clients, understanding their critical business needs and aligning them with ASD's innovative solutions. Pipeline Development & Qualification: Rigorously qualify leads, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, and strategically schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. Maintain meticulous records of all activities and opportunities within the CRM system, contributing to data-driven sales insights. Collaborative Strategy & Execution: Work in close partnership with the sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies, optimize lead conversion, and ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities. Provide valuable market intelligence to inform and shape overall sales strategy. What We Are Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related analytical field is preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered. Demonstrated experience in a role requiring independent research, data analysis, or strategic outreach. Previous experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation is advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. A strong analytical mindset, coupled with a proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
