Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge of ISO 9001, (current rev) to aid in maintaining QMS 2. Knowledge of customer quality inquires, investigate and perform root-cause analysis on customer issues and effectively resolve them (CAPA) (8D) 3. Continuous Improvement Activities, Lean Manufacturing Principles, 5S, Kaizen 4. Manage and perform Internal QMS Audits 5. Material Review Board Quality Representative 6. Perform data collection & analysis; SPC and DOE analysis 7. Measurement system analysis (MSA) and Gauge R&R
Requirements: 1. B.S degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline 2. Prefer 5 years' experience in Quality Engineering 3. Technical QMS knowledge - Certified Quality Engineer or other ASQ Quality Certification preferred or Automotive QMS experience preferred (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans) 4. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP software 5. Exceptional communication skills, Ability to interact with all areas, Team player
