Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across indirect procurement categories, including Capital, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), as well as other indirect spend areas. Manage multi-million-dollar procurement spend, ensuring competitive sourcing, cost control, and supplier performance. Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and Finance to develop category strategies that reduce cost, manage risk, and enable business continuity. Execute RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts in alignment with company policy. Drive supplier relationships to foster innovation, improve service levels, and generate cost savings. Support project planning and execution by sourcing equipment, services, and solutions that meet business needs. Manage contracts, catalogs, and service-level agreements to ensure availability, performance, and compliance. Assess current procurement processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the development and implementation of best practices, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency, compliance, and value creation. Track performance through KPIs, savings pipelines, and compliance metrics, and report results to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure procurement efforts align with the broader company strategy and enable the delivery of business objectives. What You Bring To The Table
3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with proven sourcing and supplier management capabilities. Bachelors Required Proven negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost savings and value creation. Robust analytical skills with the ability to evaluate bids, total cost of ownership, and supplier risk, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Comfort learning new categories and understanding technical or operational requirements quickly. It Would Be Great If You Have
Exposure to indirect categories such as Capital, MRO, or IFM. Experience collaborating with technical or operational stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities). Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and strong Excel/analytics capabilities. Project management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent). Exposure to digital procurement tools, supplier portals, or spend analytics platforms. A track record of driving supplier-led innovation in cost, efficiency, or sustainability. The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $83,200-$119,600. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
