The Opportunity
Seeking a strategic Group Manager, Business Operations for Creative PMM to lead strategy and operations for Adobe’s Creative Professional business.
In this leadership position, you will collaborate closely with Product Marketing (PMM) leadership to craft the future of the business. You will operationalize Creative Professional's annual strategy, uncover insights that inform critical decisions, and build scalable systems that enhance how our teams plan, collaborate, and implement.
What you'll Do
Business Strategy & Planning
Lead the development and execution of growth strategy for the Creative Professional business
Identify key levers across subscriber acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization
Develop models to support pricing, packaging, and investment decisions
Partner with PMM, Product, GMO (Marketing), GTM (go-to-market), and Finance to align priorities and drive business outcomes
Operational Leadership
Own and evolve the operating model for the Creative Cloud portfolio, including annual planning, objectives and key results, and QBRs
Track central initiatives and business performance, surfacing insights and recommending course corrections
Lead planning and budget strategy, ensuring funding aligns to growth priorities
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
Connect the dots across Product, Marketing, Analytics, GTM, and Finance to ensure end-to-end alignment
Drive central initiatives from concept through execution, balancing central vision with operational detail
Build and deliver executive-level communications that inform decisions and influence senior leaders
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of business and marketing operations managers
Cultivate an environment centered on operational excellence, critical thinking, and high accountability
Build infrastructure to support scale, including process improvements, tooling, and documentation
What you need to succeed
BA/BS Degree preferred OR 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or marketing operations in a fast-paced tech environment
Experience working within or closely with go-to-market or sales and marketing teams; SaaS and/or subscription business background strongly preferred
3+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of growing high-performing teams
Strong understanding of growth levers across acquisition, retention, and monetization
Executive presence and outstanding communication skills-comfortable leading through influence at all levels
Deep expertise in planning, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
Systems thinker with the ability to structure complexity, issue-spot, and design scalable solutions
Self-starter with high ownership, follow-through, and bias for action
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $138,400 -- $264,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
