The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing proactive analysis and support for business issues and their impact on associates. They participate in business planning to understand current and future situations, assess HR impacts, and develop plans to address HR topics. The HR Business Partner serves as the primary contact and advocate for associates, focusing on their development and satisfaction. They utilize people analytics to make informed decisions, improve engagement, and retain talent. Principal Responsibilities
HR Consulting:
Provide consultation to management on business issues, assessing HR impacts and developing strategies to ensure business success. Employee Relations:
Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, and regulations to associates and leadership. Coach leadership on policy interpretation and enforcement. Conduct investigations, disciplinary, and termination meetings as needed. Compensation:
Guide leadership during the annual salary review process in collaboration with the corporate HR team. Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition:
Plan staffing based on business needs; collaborate with talent acquisition on recruitment, onboarding, and orientation. Training and Development:
Identify training needs from performance reviews and succession planning. Source and conduct training sessions and team-building workshops. Other:
Complete special projects and miscellaneous duties. Work closely with team members to enhance engagement and promote diversity. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 0-2 years of experience as an HR Partner with solid HR Generalist skills (preferred). Proactive, impact-driven approach. Excellent communication skills. Data and digital literacy to analyze HR data (preferred). Knowledge of employment law, compensation, recruitment, training, and employee relations (preferred). HR certification (preferred). Additional Information
