In this role, you will oversee a team of administrators, developers, and analysts, driving system enhancements, ensuring platform governance, and aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:u2022 Lead the day-to-day administration and development of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).u2022 Manage a team of Salesforce professionals, including admins, developers, and analysts.u2022 Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the Salesforce team to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.u2022 Drive continuous improvement and best practices for CRM processes and data integrity.u2022 Oversee Salesforce project delivery u2013 including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.u2022 Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all Salesforce instances.u2022 Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications/tools.u2022 Provide ongoing training and support for end-users to maximize adoption and system utilization.u2022 Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionalities to drive innovation and efficiency.u2022 Experience with PDI Fuels software suite, which supports end-to-end fuel supply chain management, including fuel pricing, logistics, dispatching, and back-office operations for convenience retailers and petroleum marketers.u2022 Integration of PDI with 3rd-party systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or ERP platformsu2022 API integrations with POS systems (e.g., Verifone, Gilbarco)u2022 Real-time data synchronization across PDI modules and external logistics systemsu2022 Troubleshooting PDI system issues across retail and wholesale operationsu2022 Support for inventory reconciliation and variance analysis Requirements:Education & Experience:u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.u2022 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.u2022 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) strongly preferred.Skills:u2022 Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, object model, and best practices.u2022 Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flow, and API integrations.u2022 Troubleshooting PDI system issues across retail and wholesale operationsu2022 Data validation, cleanup, and migration for implementation or upgradesu2022 Led a multi-site rollout of PDI Fuels across 150+ convenience stores and fuel locationsu2022 Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.u2022 Strong project management skills; PMP or Agile/Scrum experience a plus.u2022 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:u2022 Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).u2022 Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.u2022 Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, MuleSoft, Tableau, or DocuSign. #LI-LL1 If an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
