This position involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding full-time employees during the fall, while focusing on interns in the spring. The role extends into the summer, where you will manage these interns. Responsibilities Source, screen, and onboard full-time employees during the fall season. Source, screen, and onboard interns during the spring season. Manage interns during the summer season. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, managing 50 requisitions at a time. Proficiency in recruiting for technical roles, with 80% focused on software engineering and 20% on other roles. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred, others accepted). Ability to hire both interns and full-time positions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Early career recruiting experience is a plus. Work Environment The role is based in Austin, TX, offering a hybrid work schedule with three days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two days remote. You will work within a team of five professionals, and parking is provided. There is potential for extension and conversion, adding to the attractiveness of this opportunity. Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Austin, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
