This director level position, reporting to the VP of Operations, provides oversight to the organization's health care services. This includes the skilled nursing and personal care facilities and outpatient clinic. The division generates roughly $10 million in revenue, is licensed for approximately 125 residents (SNF and PC), and has about 150 team members.
The Director is responsible for day-to-day operations, develops and monitors the budget, creates and revises policies and systems to ensure high-quality care, and monitors compliance with applicable rules and regulations. The person directly supervisors a small team including personal care administrator(s) and the care coordination manager. The Director also works with leaders from other departments (maintenance, dining, HR) to problem-solve issues direct impacting the residents and team in the health care services areas.
Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Licensed NHA in Pennsylvania, or able to obtain PA license PC certification a plus Clinical experience, nursing background a plus 5+ years of senior living experience Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop individuals and build teams Relates and works well with different personality styles Growth and goal-oriented; able to motivate team to achieve results Excellent knowledge of DOH/DHS regulations for SNF/PC/AL Competent in policy and systems development Experience in leading team through culture change and implementing person-directed care approach Characteristics

Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000 Incentive Eligible All-purpose leave: Starting accrual amount is 5 weeks/annually Health, Dental and Vision insurance Retirement Plan: Up to 5% match after first year Performance Incentive Program: Up to 6% of salary based on meeting goals Short and long-term disability Standard life insurance
