District Clinical Manager Cardiac Rhythm Management Location: Seattle, WA (covering Washington & Idaho) We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) to oversee and develop a team of approximately 20 clinical and technical specialists across Washington and Idaho. This role is highly technical, involving collaboration with clinicians during implant procedures for pacemakers, defibrillators, and related technologies, as well as supporting long-term patient follow-up where devices remain active for 1015 years. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on CRM expertise with proven leadership capabilities. You will guide a recently restructured regional team, ensuring high standards of clinical support, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of ~20 clinical/technical professionals across WA & ID. Support clinicians during implant procedures and device follow-up. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure professional growth and accountability. Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic objectives. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and deliver best-in-class service outcomes. Qualifications

Proven CRM experience (pacemakers, defibrillators, or related implantable device systems). Demonstrated success in leading teams within a clinical, technical, or commercial environment. Strong ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing professionals. Based in Seattle or willing to relocate. Benefits
