About the Role:
s our Director of Human Resources, you'll lead HR strategy and operations, shaping our workforce to support business goals. You'll oversee talent management, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and more-ensuring our HR practices drive growth, engagement, and legal compliance.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, working closely with executives while managing day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Leadership : Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and budgets that align with company strategy. Talent & Development : Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a strong, skilled team. Employee Relations : Resolve workplace issues, improve morale, and foster a positive work environment. Compensation & Benefits : Design competitive pay structures and manage benefits programs, including 401(k) administration. Compliance & Legal : Ensure adherence to labor laws (EEOC, OSHA, wage/hour, etc.) and update policies as needed. Workplace Safety : Oversee Workers' Comp claims, OSHA reporting, and serve on the Safety Committee. Required Experience & Education:
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years at the Director level. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong HR generalist background with expertise in employment law. Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in HR or related field. HR certifications (
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP,
or
CHHR ). Healthcare /
Hospital
industry and employee relations experience. Key Skills:
Strategic thinker with ability to execute day-to-day HR operations. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. High ethical standards and adaptability.
