The Role We're looking for a Senior Casting Engineer to help lead the development of our next-generation casting processes. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with room to innovate and shape the technical foundation of a fast-growing manufacturing company. You'll work directly with production and equipment teams to stand up new casting systems, improve process reliability, and ensure world-class casting quality. Expect a fast pace, tough problems, and a team that moves quickly and collaboratively.
What You'll Do Work closely with the equipment and production teams to deploy and qualify new casting equipment Design and iterate on casting setups-including gating and feeding systems-using simulation and analysis Diagnose production issues and lead corrective actions to improve yield and part quality Help define the long-term technical roadmap for Rangeview's casting operations What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in advanced casting processes, either as a product or process engineer Degree in mechanical or materials engineering-or evidence of exceptional ability Deep familiarity with investment casting, best practices, tooling, and common failure modes Experience with vacuum casting processes for reactive alloys Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of ownership Must be a U.S. Person (due to ITAR requirements) Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed to support key milestones Bonus Experience
Single crystal or directionally solidified (DS) casting Cored turbine blade production Aerospace manufacturing (AS9100) High-volume manufacturing environments SLA 3D printing Prior experience at a startup or high-growth tech company Why Join Rangeview
