Travel Quick offer role 12 h Nights with every other weekend BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
Neuro ICU to include but not limited to ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injuries, seizures/status epilepticus, spinal cord injuries, EVD drains/ICP monitoring, post op Crani’s (straight from OR), IR (straight from procedure), TNK patients – 50% of administrations will be done on the unit vs. ED Some off-service Trauma or Medical ICU patients Skills required: General post-surgical skillset to include:
Epic experience is required Management of external ventricular drains (EVD), intracranial pressure monitoring, Ventilator Management, Management to vasoactive drips, tracheostomy care, central line maintenance, post monitor TNK and IR CRRT is sometimes seen, and traveler could take this if competent About Talent4Health
