Controls the expo stand and pass. Confirms full orders of properly executed and garnished cuisine and beverages, and facilitates their delivery to guests. Is sole point of communication between front of house and culinary team. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time Food Expeditors to join our team.

Who you are 2 years in food and beverage operations Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations Knowledge of kitchen sanitation. What you will do
Prompt attendance for shift duties. Proper uniform and attire. Able to read tickets and assemble orders. Able to efficiently communicate verbally and firmly to team members. Ability to lead a small team. Stocking and rotation of plateware and supplies. Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times. Executing all proper food production/ storage/holding techniques. Ensuring that all necessary food prep item tasks are completed before service. Treat all teammates with kindness and professionalism at all times. Servicing special/catered events when required . Assisting in end of shift cleaning/ shutdown procedures. Assisting in set up and operation of outside/satellite food service operations. Winter Benefits
