Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for 3 part-time and 3 full-time Baristas who are dynamic, energetic, and passionate about preparing coffee and other espresso products. At least six months of experience is required.

Who you are

  • Greet and engage with customers
  • Prepare coffee beverages to Sugar Bowl Standards
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for product preparation
  • Follow outlet policy and procedures for operational flow at each station
  • Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products
  • Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards
  • Present oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication by using plus one service skills in all guest and staff interactions
