Job Description:
• Configure and optimize multiple EDI mappings in EDI HQ, including X12 transaction sets (850, 856, 943, 940, 947, 846, etc.), supporting critical OTC (Order-to-Cash), PTP (Procure-to-Pay), 3PL/inventory business processes to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange across the supply chain.
• Develop and maintain EDI HQ integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring reliable data flows across systems.
• Design and implement processes, jobs, file definitions, schedule/file-based triggers, trading partner setups, and data conversion tables to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Work directly with trading partners to coordinate onboarding, set up secure connections (AS2, SFTP, VAN, etc.), exchange test files, validate transaction flows, and resolve issues to ensure smooth and compliant communication.
• Organize and facilitate meetings for new partner onboarding (requirements gathering, testing, go-live planning) and issue resolution (root cause analysis, cross-functional troubleshooting, and corrective action planning).
• Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and create documentation to build internal team capability, ensure continuity of support, and reduce dependency on individual resources.
• Create and maintain mapping specifications, SOPs, and integration guides to support standardization and knowledge sharing.
• Build customized dashboards and transaction filters in EDI HQ to deliver actionable insights and improve reporting accuracy.
• utomate EDI processes using Python and SQL to enhance data validation, error tracking, and reporting efficiency.
• Proactively monitor EDI transactions, ensuring SLA adherence through timely troubleshooting and resolution of discrepancies.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis to identify and eliminate systemic issues, reducing recurring errors and downtime.
• Lead EDI system upgrades and implement enhancements to maintain stability, reliability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, logistics, and operations teams to align EDI solutions with organizational objectives and support cross-functional efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and serve as a point of escalation for complex EDI issues.
