Our promote-from-within culture means you can advance into higher-level roles such as Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician after completing the initial 8-to-12-week intensive training. This full-time position typically requires 44 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends. Upon successfully completing the Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program, you will be placed into either a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Floorcovering Field Technician role, expanding your professional horizon. During the program, you will collaborate with facility leaders and regional management, actively managing a multi-million-dollar business and contributing to its strategy and development. You will learn about facility operations, core products, installation methods, customer service, and client relationship management, all critical to our success. Your role will involve collaborating with and selling floorcovering materials to commercial clients, including large property management firms, builders, and renovation contractors. As you gain an understanding of organizational structures within key market segments, you will develop skills in engaging with professionals responsible for procurement, community management, project management, maintenance, and property development.
