Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Recruiter - Part Time to assist in recruiting activities across our DoD portfolio. The Corporate Recruiter will assist in sourcing and identifing candidates for immediate and growth needs. In addition the Recruiter will assist in posting and managing openings for bids. This position is currently part time and is eligible for remote.
B3H is a leader in building winning DoD and corporate teams. B3H provides the full spectrum of strategic planning, program management, acquisitions management, systems engineering & integration, cost analysis, training, systems requirements analysis, and instructional system design for the DoD. B3H delivers quality performance with complete government visibility and control. Corporate headquarters are in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities
Fully understand the work environment and job profiles of all assigned job openings and pending requisitions
Review pending job requisitions for accuracy and work with hiring personnel to develop compelling job postings to attract high performing talent
Initiate search techniques (Internet, Social Networking, personal networking) to identify passive candidates
Pre-screen candidates for interest, basic qualifications and salary expectations
Manage candidate activity through an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Update report of weekly candidate activity for management transparency
Follow up with candidates to continue recruiting process.
Participate in sourcing for candidates in the bidding porcess.
Qualifications
Recruiting experience in DoD recruiting fields - Manditory
Proven ability and flexibility to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Strong networking, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative, pay attention to detail, and learn business practices and processes
Proven communication and networking skills including professional phone manner and ability to handle cold calling assignments
Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse team environment with all levels of staff and ability to maintain excellent work relationships with staff, candidates, and subcontractors
Solid writing and synthesizing capability
Advanced-level computer proficiency in Word and Excel; database experience
Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
