Release Manager

Job Title: Release manager with Salesforce experience Location: Plano, Texas Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and management of software releases, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define release processes and ensure smooth transitions from development to production. Develop and maintain release schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency. Implement best practices for release management, including version control, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures. Monitor and report on release progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery. Provide training and support to team members on release management processes and tools. Continuously improve release management processes through feedback and lessons learned. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Release Management, including tools and methodologies. we need candidates who are true release engineers and more hands on to help us . They need proven CI/CD and release automation experience, who have a proven record of implementing solutions and best practices. We need someone who can come in and immediately hit the ground running. we need more of a release engineer versus a release manager It would be helpful if they have Salesforce and Copado experience as well, but not a hard requirement
