We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Sourcer / Recruiter
to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is passionate about finding top talent and eager to grow within the recruitment field.
You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support a wide range of hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and social media Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist in posting job ads, managing job boards, and employer branding efforts Support recruiters with administrative tasks related to hiring Qualifications
1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR support role preferred (internship or agency experience also welcomed) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms is a plus Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
