Talent Sourcer

The Talent Sourcer is a builder's role, an essential member of the recruitment team, creating a robust talent pipeline to meet present and future employment demands. You will own the top of the funnel- actively seeking out, interacting with, and screening candidates using a range of sourcing techniques. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and guarantee a satisfying candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source high quality candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, and social media. Rapidly build talent pipelines across roles through various sourcing tools and methods including but not limited to employee referrals, career fairs, networking events, campus engagements, and community outreach. Conduct outreach and initial screening to assess candidates experience, fit, and alignment with Company mission and vision. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, future openings and hiring priorities. Drive candidate engagement; create exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing lifecycle, ensuring every interaction builds trust, equity, and long-term brand value. Track and report on sourcing metrics to ensure efficiency and meet goals. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sourcing or recruiting coordination experience (agency or in-house), preferably in a high-growth or startup environment Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools Persuasive communicator- strong written and verbal communication skills and a people-first mindset Outcome-oriented- work with urgency and ownership, consistently optimizing for impact over process Curious, resilient, adaptable, and the motivated to grow in a professional setting A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment A passion for building high-performing teams and contributing to a talent-first culture Hybrid Position - Los Angeles, CA
