Our client, a leading organization in agricultural solutions and industrial products, is seeking a Recruiter II to join their team. As a Recruiter II, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting early careers and university recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Wayzata, MN
Pay Range:
$37,608 - $65,247 annually
Shift:
Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid: Tues - Thurs in Office)
What's the Job?
Support full cycle recruiting for early careers and intern positions, including sourcing, assessment, and selection
Coordinate campus events and manage candidate outreach through ATS systems like SuccessFactors and Handshake
Conduct interviews and extend verbal and written offers to candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, industry contacts, and candidates
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume early careers or university recruiting
Experience coordinating campus events and managing candidate pipelines
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors and Handshake
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
