Position Summary
The Enrollment Technology & CRM Strategy Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic coordination of the division's technology systems that support recruitment, enrollment, advising, and student success. This role manages the daily operations of Ellucian Recruit (admissions CRM), EAB Navigate360 (student success CRM), and the AI technologies, while serving as the division's point person on technology strategy, system integration, and data-informed decision making.
The Manager collaborates with divisional and campus partners to ensure enrollment and student success technologies are effectively leveraged to improve processes, enhance communication, and support institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Technology Management Serve as the primary administrator for Ellucian Recruit, EAB Navigate360, and CollegeVine AI Recruiter. Configure and maintain system workflows, communication campaigns, and dashboards that support recruitment, admissions, advising, and retention. Coordinate with IT, Institutional Research, and other campus stakeholders to maintain system integrations, ensure data accuracy, and support institutional reporting needs. Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement updates or enhancements. Strategy & Collaboration
Partner with division leadership to align technology use with enrollment and student success strategies. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and student engagement. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to staff to maximize effective system use. Collaborate with Admissions, Student Success, Marketing, Institutional Research, Financial Aid, IT, Student Affairs, and Academic Affairs to streamline processes across the student lifecycle. Data & Reporting
Develop, manage, and distribute reports and dashboards that track recruitment, enrollment, and student success metrics. Support predictive analytics and data-driven decision making for enrollment and retention. Ensure compliance with FERPA, data security standards, and institutional policies. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in enrollment management, student success, CRM administration, or higher education technology. Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (Ellucian Recruit, Slate, Salesforce, EAB Navigate, or similar). Strong technical skills in data management, reporting, and system configuration. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience managing multiple platforms in a higher education setting. Familiarity with AI-based recruitment tools and predictive analytics for student success. Knowledge of enrollment management and student retention strategies. Key Competencies
