Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive learning environment and respond to the individual needs of the students Implement effective coaching Ensure that district policies are observed during all activities Create a safe environment that is conducive to learning Keep all children under supervision at all times Be familiar with fire exits, fire drill procedures, AED locations, severe storm and tornado warning procedures. Review notes for the day, take attendance. Maintain confidentiality as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Abide by state statutes, school board policies and regulations Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy and administrative regulation Other duties as assigned by athletic director
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age Have at least a high school diploma or GED Hold a valid substitute permit Complete and pass an Expanded Criminal Background and CPS Check
