Join our dynamic team at Lemartec as a Senior Project Scheduler to collaborate with Project Managers in planning and scheduling heavy industrial construction projects. Responsibilities: Lead the creation and upkeep of project baselines and reporting systems to meet project requirements. Prepare, maintain, and review cost/resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules, including budget and schedule development, forecasting control, earned value analysis, and reporting. Implement and sustain the Planning/Scheduling phase for projects. Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts. Analyze and forecast project status against established baseline schedules. Evaluate the impacts of design or construction changes and schedule delays. Present schedule status updates to project teams, management, and clients. Provide specialized guidance to resolve project control issues as necessary. Participate in schedule review meetings at project sites, with a willingness to travel across the USA. Perform additional duties as required related to scheduling and project management. Qualifications: 5-10 years of relevant experience in scheduling construction work. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional licenses are not required, but certifications from PMI or AACEi are advantageous. Preferred experience in large industrial construction projects. Willingness to travel within the United States. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proven experience in program management with a focus on scheduling. Extensive knowledge and demonstrated use of Primavera P6. Familiarity with other Project Controls software (e.g., Sage 300 CRE Timberline). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the project team. Capacity to analyze contractor schedules during both baseline development and active construction phases. Ability to prepare comprehensive scheduling reports for project management teams as needed. Experience performing Time Impact Analysis. Cost estimating experience is a plus.
