Inventory Control Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Inventory Control Coordinator
to manage high-volume inventory operations across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites. This role supports supply chain strategies through accurate inventory tracking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee large-scale inventory deployment and redistribution across warehouses
Perform daily cycle counts, reconcile variances, and maintain audit readiness
Track, analyze, and optimize inventory KPIs (fill rates, redeployment rates, FEFO compliance)
Enter, track, and manage inventory and shipping data in systems such as SAP, WMS, TMS, Magaya, and Batchmaster
Lead and support EDI integration for order automation and accuracy
Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, QA, and customer service teams to resolve inventory issues
Monitor and organize lab sample intake and documentation (QC sample tracking)
Prepare shipping documents including BOLs, labels, customs forms, and pick tickets
Identify data gaps, escalate discrepancies, and support continuous process improvements
Generate inventory reports using Excel, Power BI, and Anaplan
Ensure inventory integrity through accurate labeling, storage utilization, and space optimization
Assist with returns, claims, deductions, and inbound/outbound freight coordination
Required Skills & Tools:
Proficiency in SAP, WMS
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of EDI systems and warehouse automation tools
Strong understanding of inventory control processes and KPIs
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in cross-functional teams in supply chain or logistics environments
Experience:
3+ years in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or 3PL networks
Familiarity with FEFO, cycle counting, and regulatory documentation
