We currently manage 5.6 million square feet of warehouse space, strategically located throughout the US, with facilities in Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL, N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston, TX; and Laredo, TX. About The Role: We’re a multi-client 3PL running high-volume, fast-turn distribution. The Inventory Supervisor owns inventory accuracy and control processes across inbound, storage, and outbound. You’ll lead the IC team, drive root-cause fixes, and partner with Ops, Client Services, and Quality to hit SLAs and KPIs. Responsibilities:

Lead daily/weekly cycle counts, recounts, and location audits; close variances with documented root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor and improve inventory accuracy (units & locations), dock-to-stock timeliness, and shrink. Manage quarantine/hold inventory, damages, adjustments, returns, RTVs, and aged/obsolete stock per client SOPs. Reconcile WMS ↔ ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle) exceptions; clear interface errors and post adjustments with proper approvals. Own physical inventories

(quarterly/annual):

planning, staffing, execution, and reconciliation. Optimize slotting, replenishment triggers, and storage utilization with data-driven recommendations. Maintain and update SOPs/Work Instructions; train, coach, and schedule the IC team; handle performance feedback. Publish daily/weekly KPI dashboards and variance reports; communicate risks and recovery plans to stakeholders. Partner with Receiving/Shipping to reduce mis-picks, mislabeled pallets, and ASN/receipt discrepancies. Ensure compliance with client requirements and site standards (5S, safety, HACCP/food-grade or pharma/lot control if applicable). Requirements:

3–5+ years inventory control experience in a 3PL or high-volume distribution environment; 1–2+ years in a lead/supervisory role. Strong WMS skills (Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, Körber/HighJump, SAP EWM, or similar) and RF equipment knowledge. Excel (pivots, lookups) required; Power BI/Looker/Tableau or basic SQL a plus. Knowledge of cycle counting methods (ABC, control group), lot/serial tracking, and SKU master data hygiene. Proven ability to run stand-ups, set priorities, and coach a diverse hourly team in a production setting. Clear, concise communication with operators, leaders, and clients. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Warehouse environment; standing/walking up to 10 hours; lift/push/pull up to 40–50 lbs as needed. Ability to work off-shifts/weekends during inventories or peak. Occasional travel between regional sites (up to 10–15%). Bonus Points:
