What You'll Do
As a Process Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, leading initiatives that:
Design & Optimize: Develop and refine manufacturing processes that boost efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate product quality.
Innovate for Impact: Implement sustainable solutions that reduce costs and support long-term profitability.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet ambitious performance goals.
Lead Improvements: Apply advanced problem-solving and data analysis to continuously improve operations and outcomes.
What You Bring
Experience & Expertise:
5+ years in aerospace manufacturing
Strong background in process and mechanical engineering
Proficiency in NX CAD, GD&T, and process improvement methodologies
Knowledge of plating, heat treat, inspection, and fixturing processes
Skills That Set You Apart:
Advanced analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree or higher in engineering or related field preferred
