About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Process and Metrology Engineer to join our clients cutting-edge demo lab team. This role is central to showcasing our next-generation electron beam lithography systems and exploring innovative applications in semiconductor manufacturing. You’ll be part of the Patterning Group, collaborating across internal teams and engaging with customers and vendors to execute process experiments and system demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and optimize semiconductor process equipment, with a focus on lithography tools
Perform advanced wafer analysis using electron microscopy techniques including SEM, TEM, and FIB
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute critical process experiments
Support customer-facing system demonstrations and capability evaluations
Troubleshoot hardware and process issues in a cleanroom environment
Document procedures, results, and findings with precision and clarity
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong foundation in process engineering and lithography
Experience or familiarity with:
Cleanroom protocols
Semiconductor equipment and wafer fabrication
Electron microscopy (SEM, TEM, FIB)
Metrology and e-beam technologies
Ability to work with new equipment and adapt to evolving procedures
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills for cross-functional and customer interactions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
Internship or academic lab experience in semiconductor processing or microscopy is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
