We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a dynamic talent acquisition team in Pittsburgh. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruiting and hands-on experience using Workday. The recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake to offer.
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple departments.
Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.
Workday experience is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques and sourcing strategies
Pay Details:
$30.00 to $40.00 per hour
