Position Summary
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles-from engineering and sales to customer service and production. This position plays a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent while supporting broader HR functions within a small, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria
Source candidates through internal channels and external staffing agencies
Screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process
Maintain job postings and manage applicant tracking systems
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other outreach efforts
Support general HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, and policy updates
Assist with company events and internal communications
Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions across departments
Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, HRCI, etc.) are a plus

Pay Details:
$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
